Future is No Coincidence

We all know and feel it: our world is changing. Artificial intelligence, ecological and humanitarian crises, geopolitical upheavals – all of these challenge companies and each of us with unprecedented intensity.
Top decision-makers feel this pressure especially strongly. They are expected to provide orientation – even when that orientation doesn’t yet exist. The temptation is great to avoid engaging deeply with the implications of these developments. Especially because doing so can quickly lead to overwhelm, helplessness, and a sense of powerlessness. All the more so when facing these questions alone.
We personally invite 30–40 people in positions of responsibility to join us for an exchange of heart and mind. People open to new perspectives and inspiration. People who want to actively contribute to ensure the future doesn’t “just happen.”
Disclaimer: This event is not another business gathering with prepackaged answers – it’s a space for real engagement, new perspectives, and practice-oriented solutions.
Two days to inspire your thinking and action.
Inspiring impulses from people from diverse organizations sharing their personal experiences and concerns. Smaller groups to strengthen space for genuine dialogue and deeper exchange. Ideas to activate your actions within your own organization.

Day 1: Responsibility beyond your own business model
Companies are grappling with the question of what responsibility they bear in actively shaping a future-fit society. What matters – and where are the boundaries?
- How can companies act ecologically and socially responsibly without sustainability becoming a "competitive disadvantage"?
- How do we define and measure success in the future?

Day 2: Transformation as a permanent task
Transformation has become a constant – but most organizations are structurally unprepared. AI, sustainability, crises, digitalization – all at once. The real challenge is not one single topic but the overlap of multiple transformations.
- How can change capability in organizations be strengthened?
- What are helpful principles for shaping future-ready organizations?
Between ambition and overwhelm, responsibility and exhaustion: the role of leaders is more demanding than ever. These two days create space for you to connect with yourself.
- How is all this affecting you – as a person?
- Where do you find strength, focus, and clarity?
- How can your power to shape be rekindled – beyond resignation, hopelessness, or paralysis?
We will return to these questions throughout the two days – gently, honestly, and in an empowering way.
The future is no coincidence. And it begins with the decision to consciously shape it together.
