Many people seem truly inspired to hear that a whole new kind of organization is emerging, and so am I. In order to understand the pioneer practices in the fields of management and collaboration I am researching how these pioneers operate on a daily basis. Together with dwarfs and Giants I am revealing conditions that allow novel organizational models to emerge, and the critical factors for it to keep operating, and enjoy the benefits of a next:land organization first hand.

Education:
Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Vienna; several trainings in conflict transformation & non-violent communication; degree in Tourism Management

Special skills:
Open minded, cultivated learnability and cross-cultural competency. Holding space, creating psychological safety and trust. Statistical analysis and cognitive load management.

Experience:
four years of leading teams of 2-35 people in Tourism, two years in Papua New Guinea as Lodge Manager for Trans Niugini Tours providing luxurious soft-adventures into the jungle, keeping relations with local tribes, and leading teams of 20-30 people, three years of work within the non-profit sector.
