You are a experienced and dedicated professional to setup and host workshops, learning programmes, conferences and other public events. You create valuable touchpoints with our brand and therefore help strengthening our image with smooth, warm-hearted brand-to-client experiences.

Your skills and talents:

  • 5 years experience in Event Management with small to medium productions, best case in self-organized environments
  • Exceptional communicative and organizational abilities and reliable time-management
  • Combining project management skills (classic, agile) with the dynamic of a consulting lab and a majority of virtual and asynchronous work times
  • Pro-actively communicating and triggering relevant roles, monitoring timeframes and budgets
  • Planning and managing our events’ calendar in coordination with relevant roles
  • Researching and contracting venues, willingness to support staff in short-term adaptations
  • Setting up logistics (from catering to hosting) and handling material production and shipping
  • Developing processes and structures to enable relevant roles to efficiently interact with event productions
  • Following our Accounting process and handling invoices
  • Love & care for hosting beautiful events in a warm, welcoming atmosphere
  • Capacity to keep an overview and still having an eye for detail to intuitively take care of Space & Beauty
  • Co-creating a clear, inspiring Event vision in alignment with our corporate identity and overall branding strategies as well as product-specific customer journey
  • Willingness for team support and assistance, e.g. scheduling, travel logistics, day-to-day support regarding our consulting work
  • Interpersonal skills and the openness to immerse our organizational culture
  • Optional: Experience in event photography and video production

 

Be aware: You will learn a lot about self-organizing… and yourself!

Our office is located in 1010 Vienna – however, our events might require your presence in places like Berlin, Zurich, Frankfurt, Valencia, Stockholm, Tel Aviv & Co. Employed contract for 30-38,5h/week, starting April/May 2020
Gross monthly salary min. € 2.500,– (full-time equivalent); willingness to overpayment depending on qualification and experience is given.
