HolacracyOne™ is the company spearheading the development of the Holacracy® method. It was founded in 2007 by Brian Robertson and Tom Thomison. We are a non-conventional company in many ways: we are based in the USA but all our business partners work from home. We don’t have any employees, we are all legal partners in the company, and we have adopted Holacracy in our bylaws.
